ABOUT ME

I offer pilates training for companies, schools, groups and individuals

I first trained to be a pilates teacher in 2005. Since then, I have strived to be the best I can keeping up to date with new ideas, concepts and training.


 My journey with Pilates started in 2002 with my own horse riding injury and a physiotherapists recommendation. I was amazed at the way it strengthened my body and in 2003 I decided I wanted to share that knowledge.   I trained with the Pilates Foundation renowned for its highest qualitly of training and education.  

 

I started Suzi Bennett Pilates in 2005 and have been teaching and studying ever since creating a loyal client base promoting a healthy body image and a feeling of strength and vitality in all my classes. My journey of studying has led me to Jpilates who continues to help me deepen my knowledge even further. 


I am also an ambassador for The Body Image Movement which promotes being comfortable in our bodies which in turn helps people want to move their bodies.


I have a great passion for health and wellness and in 2017 I trained to be a Health coach with the Institute of Integrative Nurtrition to help me get a better understanding of clients needs.


As my Journey continues I was drawn to the healing aspects of Reiki.  Having had Reiki myself and seen the huge benefits it gives me I wanted to share it with my clients to further help their health and well-being, removing negative energy that can lie dormant in the body.  A disruption to your energy flow for whatever reason may cause health problems and Reiki can help restore that balance.  It is so relaxing and soothing and gives you such a boost of well-being.  I love it and I hope you will too!


A little about me 

I am a busy mum of two, three if you count the dog! I love reading, Nordic walking, Pilates and cooking.  I share on here every week with things that I find funny or interesting!
